There are four canteens in Rostock and Wismar. The Student Service makes a contribution to economic support for the students with the moderate prices that are subventions from regional funds.
Varying, nutritionally balanced menus are on the diet.

From Monday to Friday, in Rostock also on Saturdays, we offer an enormous choice of food for lunch. The menus can be arranged by oneself. Crunchy and fresh delicacies are waiting for you at the salad bar. An assortment of desserts, entremets, hot and cold drinks are completing our range of goods.

The Student Service Rostock supports a healthy diet during the studies and at work by its´ diverse offer of food. Wholefood and balanced possibilities of nutrition are fundamental values of our canteen´s philosophy.
Against this background the varied choice of offers of the “Vital Counter” was built. As a culinarily anacrusis of the winter semester 2009 the “Vital Counter” was opened in the canteen “Mensa Süd”.
Since February 2010 our guests can enjoy the offers of the “Vital Counter” in the locations “Kleine Mensa Ulme”, Mensa St.-Georg-Straße” and in the Campus canteen in Wismar.

You can be game when our cooks are cooking with the wok and under the grill live in the “Mensa Süd Rostock” and the “Campus Mensa Wismar”.

During the action weeks news are offered. You can expect thematic campaigns, specialties from different countries and far away continents.

In the cafeteria breakfast and tasty snacks can be found in the morning and at noon.

You can pay cash-less with the Mensa-Card in all canteens.
